Brief description of main deliverables/outputs:

Ensured skill development training and providing post-training entrepreneurship support, business linkage, promoting support for wage and self-employment employment support mentorship program, business counselling, women empowerment and economic engagement support for 410 affected populations/ beneficiaries;

Actual Services provided by SAMAHAR:

  • Review all Relevant Project Data and Baseline Data on existing livelihood pattern and opportunities, Job Market opportunities, company requirements etc.
  • Design and Carry Out Need Assessment Survey
  • Identify different groups and implement the skill and social development program
  • Implementation of Skill and Social Development Program
  • Conduct assessment and issue certificates for completion of Skills
  • Identification of vulnerable groups including female headed households and provide skills enhancement training for vulnerable persons/ households.
  • Design and implementing the stakeholder engagement and social inclusion strategy
  • Preparation and implementation of Income and Livelihood Restoration program Plan
  • Designing skills development for social development and employment pathways.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress and results of the program through a robust Monitoring and Information System
  • Preparation of progress report, yearly report and project completion report.
