SAMAHAR Training Institute is dedicated to providing skills development training and employment support to young people across Bangladesh, with a special focus on those in vulnerable or remote areas, individuals affected by climate-induced displacement, and those driven into poverty due to a lack of skills.
According to the Population & Housing Census 2022, Bangladesh has about 63.8 million people aged 10–35, representing roughly 36% of the total population. This means one in every three Bangladeshis belongs to this age group, and around 2.2 million young people enter the job market each year. Yet, three-quarters of business leaders report a shortage of skilled workers, while nearly ten million youths are unemployed or underemployed.
We support the country’s mission to transform its population into productive human capital. SAMAHAR Training Institute is a reputable skills development organization licensed by the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA).
