Objectives of the Assignment: The main object of the project is to Implementation of Resettlement Action Plan. The prime objective of RP is to mitigate the losses and restore the socio-economic status of the APs.
Actual Services provided by SAMAHAR:
- Preparation of APs file, Entitlement Card (EC), Payment statement & register
- Ensure dissemination of information on the project and resettlement policy
- Assist in Land Acquisition process
- Support in disbursement of Compensation and Resettlement Benefit
- Assist in collection of CCL (Cash Compensation under Law)
- Enrollment training for Eligible Affected Person (APs)
- Livelihood training implementation as per LRP policy and seed grant distribution.
- Creation of an electronic Data Bank inventory of Losses (IOL)
- Preparation of training progress and project completion report
